• Nicole is Head of Wealth Advisory & Strategic Ventures at MUSE STRATEGY, where she leads the London office advisory work with family offices, entrepreneurs, and growth-stage ventures. She joined MUSE STRATEGY in November 2025.
• She brings over ten years of international experience working with UHNW families, private investment offices, and founder-led businesses on wealth advisory, governance, and strategic expansion. 
• Her work bridges the worlds of private capital and entrepreneurship, helping clients preserve and grow wealth through disciplined strategy and innovative business design.
• Before joining MUSE STRATEGY, Nicole founded and led Fortunae Consulting, a London-based advisory firm supporting family offices and entrepreneurs. Through Fortunae, she has advised clients on digital transformation, governance framework design, and operational restructuring, as well as on growth and scaling strategies for emerging ventures.
• Earlier in her career, Nicole held senior leadership roles within several large entrepreneurial family offices of diverse nature — from more institutional second- and third-generation structures to fully crypto-backed, next-generation family offices. Across all, the common denominator has been a strong culture of entrepreneurialism and innovation. 
• She managed global portfolios exceeding $500 million, oversaw M&A and restructuring projects, implemented governance and succession frameworks, and directed cross-border expansion across the UK, Europe, the US, and Latin America.
• Her experience also spans venture incubation and capital strategy, having built and launched ventures in hospitality, technology, and consumer goods.
