THE ROLE

We are seeking a motivated and commercially minded Senior Associate to join our London team. This is a unique opportunity to help grow our UK practice while working closely with clients across diverse sectors. The ideal candidate has a consulting mindset, strong analytical skills, and a passion for helping businesses scale and protect their wealth.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Work directly with senior partners on strategy and advisory projects.
  • Support clients (including start-ups and growing ventures) with business model design and implementation, international expansion projects, M&A and venture transactions, and asset protection planning.
  • Contribute to wealth management projects, including generational change and succession planning.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, actively contributing to business development.
  • Conduct research, prepare client-ready reports, and participate in workshops with clients.

ABOUT YOU

  • 5–6 years of professional experience preferably in business advisory, venture capital & investment funds, private equity and M&A, wealth management & asset protection.
  • Degree (or postgraduate) in Economics, Finance, or Business Law.
  • Strong commercial aptitude and confidence in engaging with clients.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and curious, you enjoy problem-solving and building relationships.
  • Italian language skills are a plus, but not essential.
