Gian Luca is the founder and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of MUSE STRATEGY, an international consulting firm started-up in April 2022, with offices in Milan, London and Abu Dhabi.
Previously, he carried out his professional activity both at leading Italian tax & law firms and at international consulting and audit companies.
Gian Luca is specialized in international taxation matters (for individuals and corporations), with specific skills in transfer pricing & operational modelling, and business transformation.
His experience includes consulting to multinational groups in the fields of global expansion projects, value chain (re)structuring, design of transfer pricing policies to be implemented in intra-group relations, preparation of the TP documentation and negotiation of advance pricing agreements (APA) with the tax administrations.
With reference to the aforementioned topics and matters, he also gives assistance in the context of tax controversy with the fiscal authorities, including the recourse to mutual agreement procedures (MAP).
Over time, his competences have evolved and enriched - in a strategic consulting approach - with skills on operational and tax risk management, business performance analysis, corporate finance, Sustainability strategies & ESG reporting.
Moreover, advising entrepreneurial families, he is engaged also in the assistance to family businesses, both on the corporate matters and on wealth advisory topics, including family offices related projects, leadership & ownership transition planning, succession strategies.
Scientific activities
Gian Luca regularly speaks at master courses, seminars and conferences (both in Italy and abroad) on company internationalization, transfer pricing, value chain structuring, and international taxation topics. In addition, he regularly contributes to publications (both in Italy and abroad) on the same subject matters.
He collaborates with entrepreneurial associations lecturing in training courses to inhouse personnel and C-levels on global expansion strategies, risk management and international taxation topics.
Gian Luca is a member of the Commission for the Internationalization of Enterprises at the Bar of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Bologna and of the International Taxation Commission of the Bar of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Milan, where he regularly participates in seminars and workshops also as panellist.
For several years, he has been the vice-chair of the Transfer Pricing Business Group of a top-10 international network of independent firms specialized in tax, advisory and audit, giving his active contribution to cross-border business development, training courses and seminars for affiliated firms and clients.
UK Authorized Charted Accountant (ACA), member of ICAEW (Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales), since July 2026.
Member of STEP (The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) since May 2026.
